SUMMIT NORDIC CONFERENCE PACKAGES
Our new range of conference packages has been designed to make your conference arrangements easier. Our lobby service will ensure the pleasure and comfort of the conference guests. We will help you get started with the conference and assist with the use of the equipment.
These conference packages are valid to Summit Nordic meeting rooms. Please ask also conference packages to auditorium.
NORDIC EASY
• Conference room 1-4 h in the morning or afternoon incl. AV equipment
• 1 x coffee break including juice and sweet or savoury pastry
NORDIC COMBO
• Conference room 1-4 h in the morning or afternoon incl. AV equipment
• 1 x coffee/tea with sweet or savoury pastry and a selection of Finnish dried berries
• Lunch at Restaurant Okta (appetiser, main course and dessert)
NORDIC BASIC
• Conference room 5-10 h including AV equipment
• Morning coffee/tea, juice and savoury pastry
• Lunch at Restaurant Okta (appetiser, main course and dessert)
• Afternoon coffee with a sweet pastry or, alternatively, sliced fruit
NORDIC PREMIUM
• Conference room 5-10 h including AV equipment
• Morning coffee/tea with traditional salmon pie, meat doughnut or feta and vegetable pie
• Working lunch menu in the conference room or at Restaurant Okta
Menu includes: substantial salad made of crunchy and fresh seasonal ingredients, freshly baked bread and sparkling water, still water and juice.
• Afternoon coffee / tea & Mövenpick delight cart in the lobby
NORDIC WELLNESS
• Conference room 5-10 h including AV equipment
• Morning coffee/tea, juice and sliced fruit
• Lunch at Restaurant Okta (appetiser, main course and dessert)
• Afternoon cloudberry smoothie and nespresso / green tea
• Guided activity – one of the following alternatives:
* snowshoe safari on powder snow
* city safari on kicksleds
* Lapland Curling competition
* Team competition with Lappish style
• The price of the Wellness conference package is valid for groups of 10-60 people. Bigger events according to a separate offer.
SUMMIT NORDIC conference packages include:
Hire of conference facilities – one large space available – formed as a class or theatre
Conference room equipped with:
Standard AV equipment: data projector, Internet access (WLAN), DVD player
Refreshments included in the package
Lobby services
Notebooks and pens
Ice water, soft drink cabinets in the conference rooms, charged as per consumption
Rooms for group work charged separately 100-200 € / room/ day
Conference packages for a minimum of 10 people.
